Horsemanship Camps

 

Smoke Tree Ranch offers camps for children with various riding skills. Both beginner to intermediate students are welcome to join the Horsemanship camps during holiday breaks and the summer. These camps are offered at $150 per day or $650 for a whole session.  All sessions begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m.  A deposit of $100 is required to reserve your spot. 

Horsemanship Camp

Session 1: October 7th-11th

     

        

Riders will be placed in small groups based on age-appropriate skills. Children will meet all required skills prior to advancing to the next level.

 

Each camper will receive a complete riding lesson every day. They will spend time learning grooming skills, horse care and stable management. Campers will also spend time doing crafts and playing other games with adult supervision. 

 

Items to be brought daily: Water bottle, sack lunch, sunscreen, approved helmet, riding boots.
